Chef Kimber Dean graduated from California Culinary Academy in 2008, worked in several bakeries, and is co- founder of Nourish Café & Market in Columbia, Missouri. She currently owns and operates Happy Food Catering, where she provides restaurant consulting, recipe creation, meal planning, and catering services for individuals and events. Outside of the kitchen, Chef Kimber enjoys spending time with her family and friends and practicing yoga.
