Catharsis is a collection of 41 photographs and poems that touch upon messages from the soul. It utilizes the concept of creative, emotional, and observational release to illustrate the infinite potential within the worldly experience, and it examines various subjects ranging from human tendency to spiritual identity. By awakening subconscious thoughts, Catharsis aims to evoke a greater level of contemplation through its use of descriptive analogies and diction.
About Olivia Orman
Olivia Orman (2001 – present) was born in St. Louis, Missouri. She grew up there during her childhood, and from a young age, she utilized her creativity to cope with internal and external conflicts. At age 17, she self-published her first poetry collection Catharsis, and she aspires to create many more pieces of creative writing in the future. The diversity in her work illustrates a wide range of restorative messages, and her ideas continue to evolve as she embodies a greater level of insight. Currently, she works at Publishing Concepts, LLC to help other authors convert their ideas into print and digital media, and transforming more of her own ideas into books.
